Beautiful beer garden, Excellent function room, Food like no other in Eastbourne's town.
What is there to see and do nearby? 10 minute walk from beach, 5mins from town, 15mins away from the south downs. Directly opposite some of the towns greatest architectural landmarks; the town hall and the church.
